Bonduelle Italia has appointed Federico Odella as its new chief executive officer, according to media reports.
In the new role, he will guide the company's transformation process towards a path of sustainability and innovation, strengthen customer focus, and develop the brand in the country.

Odella brings twenty years of experience in marketing and sales in a number of global companies and is graduate in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan.
Previously, he held the role of key account at Henkel and served as global account director of the mass market for the international department of L'Oreal in Paris.
Before joining Bonduelle, he was the commercial director of Mars Italia, before being promoted to general manager of Be-Kind South Europe & East - Med for Mars.

Bonduelle Italia Sustainability Plans
As part of its sustainability strategy, Bonduelle Italia has set goals to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from its operations by 20% by 2035, and using 100% recyclable or reusable packaging by 2025.
In addition, the retailer will attempt to place the consumer at the centre of all the choices of the group which will continue to encourage change towards a plant-based diet and sustainably affect eating habits.
In May of this year, Bonduelle Group has reported a 4% increase in revenue on a like-for-like basis in the third quarter of its financial year, driven largely by the performance of its Europe division.
