Giraudi Meats Gears Up For TUTTOFOOD 2017

Giraudi Meats has announced that it will be exhibiting at TUTTOFOOD 2017, which takes place from 8 to 11 May at Fiera Milano, at Hall 2, Stand D26/D28.

Established in Monaco 50 years ago, Giraudi is a European leader in the import of American Black Angus beef. The company will collaborate with the US Meat Export Federation to showcase some of the most impressive hormone-free American beef products (Snake River Farms, Creekstone Farms and Certified Piedmontese) at the show.

Giraudi's stand will be located opposite that of VanDrie, a leading exporter of Dutch veal to the Italian market.

In addition, Giraudi will showcase its Puigrenier variety of beef, winner of the SIAL Innovation 2016 and SIRHA Innovation 2017 awards. This Charolais beef is cured via a unique, patented system that sublimes the flavours and tenderness of the beef without modifying the taste.

In terms of novel concepts, Giraudi will be presenting its Gourmet Boutique Burgers concept, an innovative 'burger kit' in which all the elements needed to create a delicious burger are in one single box: a flavourful, 100%-muscle 125g burger, a creamy sauce without additives or preservatives, and a soft artisanal bun.

It will also be showcasing its Kobe Kreations range of products, made with certified Japanese Kobe beef, including barbajuans, stuffed pasta, mini-burgers, and the very rare and exclusive Jamon de Buey de Kobe, a charcuterie product made with Japanese Kobe beef, which is smoked, dried and cured in Spain for over ten months.
