The latest instalment of the IFE international trade show will return bigger, fresher and more innovative than ever in March, showcasing food and drink alongside expert opinions from seasoned industry experts.
With over 30 years of industry-combined knowledge and an estimated 27,000 visitors and 1,200 exhibitors over the four days, this year's exhibition is expected to set the bar high once again.
Running at London’s ExCeL Centre between 22 and 25 March, and co-located with Waste-Works and Pro2Pac, IFE 2015 is split into nine sections, including Speciality and Regional Food from Britain and Ireland, Cheese & Dairy, Meat & Seafood, Bakery & Confectionery, Ingredients, Health & Wellbeing, Drinks, and General Food.
This year's event will bring together some of the biggest names in the industry, offering unique networking and profiling opportunities.
IFE 2015's programme of events includes a packed agenda of seminar and Q&A sessions in 'The Hub', including ‘How better stores can improve life for customers’ with managing director of SPAR UK, Debbie Robinson, as well as ‘The evolving symbol market – future-proofing retailers’ with Neil Turton, co-founder of Him! and International, and former CEO of Nisa Retail.
