Olive You, a European campaign for the promotion of high-quality agricultural products, will host cooking sessions with Greek chef Constantin Vasalos at Anuga 2019.
Vasalos, a known name in Greek gastronomy, will showcase his ideas, inspiration, and creations based on European table olives.
He will also share ways to integrate the most popular olive varieties in different culinary creations.
The cooking sessions will be held on 7 October, between 11:00 - 17:00, at Hall 11.2, Stand E033a.
