Italian retailer Pam Panorama has rolled out a range of meal kits under the Alice brand, offering easy-to-prepare gourmet recipes.
The meal-kit range, created in collaboration with the Milan-based start-up Soul-K, aims to provide customers the opportunity to use ingredients selected by leading chefs for preparing restaurant-style gourmet meals at home.
The range includes Chicken Suprema with potato cream and caper powder; Cod in Yuan sauce with pea cream, crispy broccoli, and citrus zest; Tuna in pistachio crust with olives and confit tomatoes; and Quinoa Supplì with miso and mirin cream, sweet and sour vegetables and oregano tofu.
Currently, the meal kits are available in Pam Local convenience stores in Milan. The retailer plans to introduce the range to other Pam Panorama stores across Italy.
'Easy' And 'Gourmet'
According to Pam Panorama, the range focuses on combining 'easy' to prepare recipes with 'gourmet' ingredients.
Each meal kit in the Alice range takes less than 15 minutes to prepare and is sufficient for two people.
