Migros-owned Swiss company Bischofszell Food (AG) has taken over as the main stakeholder of the Sushi Mania company, the company has announced.
In accordance with the terms of the take-over, all 110 Sushi Mania employees will be transferred with the company (which belongs to Migros subsidiary Bina Group). The company will continue to operate from its current location, under current managing director, Marc Durst.
Sushi Mania, established in 2002 and located in Vuadens, Switzerland, specialises in Japanese and Asian cuisine. The company produces more than 40,000 products per day, in a variety of colours and flavours. Products include Futo-Maki, Hoso-Maki, Nigiri, Sashimi and Gunkan.
Through its cooperation with the Bina Group, Sushi Mania expects to expand its business and secure its position as a market leader in Asian cuisine.
Bina Group is a leading Swiss producer of beverages, ready-meals, potato- and fruit-based products.
