Fresh produce giant Total Produce has announced that Imelda Hurley is to join the company’s board in the capacity of a non-executive director, effective 2nd January 2019.
Up to April of this year, Hurley held the position of director/chief financial officer at Origin Enterprises Plc.
She has more than twenty years of experience in various senior leadership roles in multinational companies.
Commenting on the appointment, Total Produce’s chairman, Carl McCann, said, “ Imelda is an experienced and successful senior executive. She has significant international experience and has worked in a number of large multinational businesses. We look forward to her contribution to the further development of Total Produce plc.”
In August of this year, the company posted a 1.8% increase in revenue in the first half of its financial year, of €2.2 billion.
