Marks & Spencer's head of clothing, Jo Jenkins, has resigned just a number of weeks after assuming the role, according to Sky News.
Jenkins, who was director of clothing and beauty at the UK retail giant, is now reported to be joining White Stuff, a privately-owned clothing chain.
Clothing Challenges
Earlier this year, M&S appointed Jill McDonald, the former CEO of bicycle and car parts retailer Halfords, as managing director for clothing, home, and beauty.
McDonald began in her new role at the start of the month, and was to be supported by Jenkins, who has more experience in fashion retailing.
Jenkins' departure is seen to be a blow for CEO Steve Rowe, who used to lead the retailer's clothing business, as the company prepares for the upcoming Christmas season.
