Carrefour Italia has awarded five companies that have distinguished themselves for the quality and innovation of their products.
The five companies were selected among the more than 550 suppliers involved with the retail group.
Heineken was honoured for the Birra Moretti regional beer brand, for "combining the experience of an international brand with the quality of a product of the territory, highlighting the Italian uniqueness and promoting the typical tastes and peculiarities".
Solbat received the award for the “quality and sustainability” of the Pulitro packaging and products for detergents it supplies to Carrefour.
Ferrero was distinguished for B-Ready, “uniting two simple products into one that is easy to consume, suitable for everyone, and not just for breakfast”.
Gü was endorsed for its “high quality” desserts that “are a treat for the eye and the palate”. An award also went to Borgodoro for being able to reconcile "quality, passion and expertise" turning chocolate into a product of excellence for everyone.
