Italy’s Consilia has selected Icam and Il Molino Fratelli Chiavazza as suppliers for its chocolate and flour private label products, respectively.
Icam is a family-owned company that has been producing chocolate since 1946. The Consilia Mono Origine chocolate bars, from the Scelte Premium and Saper Scegliere range, are produced with cocoa originating from selected plantations in the Dominican Republic and Equador.
In addition, for 50 years, Il Molliono Fratelli Chiavazza has been producing soft wheat flour and manufactures, under its own brand and for third parties, a wide range of flours and products for home and professional use.
Consilia private label products are available at retailers that are part of the Supermercati Uniti Nazionali consortium (Gros, Cadoro, Magazazini Gabrielli and Italbrix).
