Italian retailer Migross has launched Wita, a new private-label line of products aimed at improving the health and wellness of consumers, reports Fresh Cut News.
The range offers a number of products in line with new food trends, including organic, free-from, and enriched ingredients.
Wita aims to satisfy consumers with specific dietary requirements, as well as customers who focus on wellness and desire additional health benefits from their daily food.
According to Marco Mion, the retailer's sales manager, the Migross corporate brand doesn't appear on the packaging of the new products because the Wita logo, in itself, enables consumers to identify themselves in the values and intentions proposed by the brand.
Migross also has revealed that the assortment is set to increase in the future, with household care products, including eco-friendly detergents, added to the range.
