The private-label brand of Croatian supermarket chain Konzum has won the largest number of votes in specialised research that took into account the views and experiences of local consumers.
In the specialized QUDAL (QUality meDAL) survey on private-label brands, K Plus won quality awards in the categories of milk, cheese, biscuits, meat products and cleaning agents.
Konzum introduced its own private-label brand, K Plus, in 2001. Besides Croatia, it is also present in the regional markets where the retailer is present (Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro).
According to Konzum, the K Plus brand features the highest-quality products at reasonable prices, resulting from the careful selection of recipes and raw materials sourced from local manufacturers with the highest standards.
The QUDAL survey was conducted on a sample of 1,200 online respondents representative of the general population, customers and users of private-label brands in Croatia.
