The next edition of M.A.D.E. will take place from 20-21 March 2018, in Hall 7.1 of the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre, Paris.
Some 450 manufacturers of custom-made products are set to take part, and are looking forward to a repeat of this year’s edition, which welcomed 4,140 visitors; 9% more than in 2016, including 15% from outside of France.
M.A.D.E. 2018 will bring together all distribution channels (specialised stores, catering, retail, wholesalers, manufacturers, brand promoters, etc.) for two days dedicated to innovation, trends, co-creation, inspiration, meetings, and discoveries.
The second edition of M.A.D.E. will have two central themes at its core, Healthy Food and Healthy Planet, as consumer demand for healthy and more virtuous products increases. Within Healthy Food, sub-trends will include Back to Basics, Less Is More, and More Is More, with particular focus on the snacking market. Within Healthy Planet, the focus will be put on well-being, health, and quality ingredients, as well as how manufacturers can help to restore meaning to the act of buying a product.
In addition, M.A.D.E. 2018 will feature products from four different retail sectors: grocery, fresh, frozen, and associated products and services.
These will be in keeping with the latest trends, including organic, free-from, local produce, premium, eco designed, vegan and ethnic products. Dedicated sections will include M.A.D.E. Your Visite, M.A.D.E. Your Business, the 2018 M.A.D.E. Awards and M.A.D.E. Your Cuisine Lab, a new area dedicated to the art of cooking.
