Contract manufacturer McBride has seen a 1.8% year-on-year growth in household revenues in the first quarter of its financial year.
According to a trading update, the company expects full-year earnings to be in line with expectations as its raw material and packaging costs, as well as logistics costs, were largely stable during the first quarter.
The company performed particularly well in the South, East and Asian regions, while its performance in the UK slowed.
In France and the North, its saw declines consistent with the second half of last year.
The company's continuing revenues at constant currency declined 1.4% year-on-year in the first quarter, as the company ceased production of aerosols in the UK in the fourth quarter of the previous financial year.
