A leading supplier of pizza products to Spanish retailer Mercadona, Casa Tarradellas, recorded €859 million in sales in Spain last year.
The company has invested around €10 million to double the proficiency of its flour processing centre, which will be completely refurbished by the end of the year, according to LaVanguardia.com.
Casa Tarradellas reported 6% growth last year, and has recorded steady growth over the past number of years.
Today, the company has 1,750 employees across its eleven production's centres. More than half of Casa Tarradellas' production is focused on chilled and refrigerated products, mainly pizzas.
