The Swiss co-operative retailer Migros has announced a new sustainability objective to reduce the environmental impact of packaging on 250 of its best sellers by 10 per cent. The group says that it intends to meet these objectives by 2013. "We are committed to improving the packaging of the 250 most popular products, helping to reduce their environmental impact in the next two years by 10 per cent," said Herbert Bolliger, Migros President.
