Marks & Spencer has extended its 'Percy Pig' confectionery range with the introduction of ‘Percy’s Percynalities’, which the retailer says is 'based on the popular emojis that people send on their phones'.
The Percy Pig range was first introduced in 1992, and sells over 10 million bags a year, in the UK and Ireland.
"Percy likes to stay on trend and these new Percynalities make him the coolest sweet on the shelves," commented Sarah Loxton, M&S product developer. "Our customers love Percy and we hope they have fun finding different faces in each pack and sharing them with their friends."
In the past, the range has been extended into Easter eggs, ice-creams, juice drinks, cupcakes and biscuits.
