Sainsbury’s has unveiled a series of new instant lunch ‘pots’, aimed at the on-the-go consumer.
The range includes a series of ‘Noodle Pots’ in flavors including Beef Pho, Chicken Laksa and Tom Yum, ‘Micro Pots’ in a myriad of Chinese, Indian and Italian flavors and ‘Grain Pots’ in Moroccan and Mexican flavours.
All products in the range are less than 300 calories, and are priced at between £1.50 and £2.
“We know our customers are looking for lunch that is convenient, varied, high quality and doesn’t compromise on taste – and our new selection does just that," said Georgina Lunn, Product Developer at Sainsbury’s.
"We’re offering enough variety for a fortnight at no more than £2 per lunch."
