Spar UK has introduced a new line of own-brand premium butter biscuits in three different flavours.
Customers can enjoy fruit and oat, triple Belgian chocolate and white Belgian chocolate biscuits.
According to Susan Darbyshire, Spar UK brand director, the biscuit market in the UK is worth more than £2.3 billion a year. Everyday treats are the most popular, and the new cookies should bring Spar 'bang up-to-date' with their competitors, she said.
Spar retailers started selling the cookies on November 3.
