Brazilian private label food manufacturer Taeq has introduced a new range of balsamic and red wine organic vinegars.
The product uses ingredients without chemical or synthetic fertilisers and those that respect the rational use of water and soil, ensuring the product maintains its natural properties.
The organic red wine vinegar has a fruity aroma and a mild flavour, making it suitable for salads, cold dishes, vinaigrette type sauces and meat marinades. The organic balsamic vinegar is used to season salads and starters or to add acidity to sauces that go with meats. It can also be combined with fruit or in desserts to balance the sweetness and bring contrast of flavours.
The two organic Taeq vinegars are produced in the Italian province of Modena and sold exclusively in Pão de Açúcar supermarkets and Extra hypermarkets for R$ 14.50 (balsamic) and R$ 10.90 (red wine).
Taeq has more than 400 items in its portfolio of healthy products and is the exclusive brand of Brazilian retail giant GPA in the healthy food segment, putting emphasis on natural ingredients and organic products.
