Spanish consumers still prefer to do their shopping in physical stores, a new study has found.
As reported by financialfoods.es, 90 per cent of purchases are still undertaken in traditional retail outlets. However, expectations have also changed.
Some 71 per cent of Spanish consumers want shops to have longer opening hours, so they can do shopping after going for a drink or for dinner, according to the Footfall research.
In addition, 63 per cent of Spanish consumers visit shops more frequently now that they can collect in-store orders done online, while 60 per cent of them does some additional shopping when collecting.
