German retailer Aldi Süd is featuring staff members in its latest catalogue, as part of a 'Model for a Day' competition.
The discounter said that the aim of the competition was to strengthen the commitment of employees to the company.
"Such actions as 'Model for a day', of course, contribute to increasing the identity with Aldi Süd as an employer," said Kristina Nicoll, HR development manager at Aldi Süd.
Winners
Aldi Süd revealed that more than 500 employees applied from areas such as administration, logistics, and sales, but it was Nadja Zschocke, Sara Habbi and Emma Kahlert who were selected to appear in the catalogue's summer clothing photoshoot.
"I am very happy that I have the opportunity to work with my employer at the same time as pursuing my passion as a model," said Kahlert.
