Auchan Retail Ukraine has been named as the best employer in the country's retail sector in a survey by New Times, a national business newspaper.
The study ranked 700 companies in which Ukrainian people most 'dream to work'.
Ranked in 14th position, Auchan Retail Ukraine is the leading retailer in the study.
A number of criteria were also taken into account when devising the findings, including the reconciliation between professional and private life, advantages proposed by the company - such as insurance, training, career visibility, personal development - and the quality of at-work conditions.
