A Carrefour hypermarket in a Stara Zagora shopping centre, Bulgaria, has been placed on the market with an asking price of €11.6 million.
SeeNews.com reports that the store in question is owned by CMB Bulgaria, a subsidiary of the Marinopoulos Group, which has applied for bankruptcy protection in its native Greece.
The store has 9,255 square metres of floor space.
Earlier in 2016, Bulgarian private enforcement agents listed two Carrefour hypermarkets in Sofia for sale, with an asking price for both of €23.2 million. There were also media reports last month that a third outlet, also in Bulgaria’s capital, would meet the same fate.
