Spanish supermarket chain Caprabo has reached net profits for €7.3 million in 2015 and has registered a growth of 11 per cent in its operative income, going from €24.1 million to €26.8 million.
According to a communicate released by the chain and reported on granconsumo.tv, this is the company's best result in seven years.
Regarding net sales in Caprabo's strategic markets, Catalonia and Navarra, the company reached €1,224 million (a decrease of 0.3 per cent compared to 2014). As of December 31st of 2015, Caprabo had 324 supermarkets between those two regions. Of these, 42 are franchises. Through 2016, 12 new shops have been added and seven have closed.
Among its plans for the future, Caprabo is expecting to modify all its shops and has estimated an €80 million investment for this purpose.
