Carrefour Polska has announced plans to open a second Carrefour Bio store in Warsaw as part of its food transformation strategy.
The decision comes six months after Poland’s first Carrefour Bio store opened its doors to customers in the capital city.
The new store will be located in a housing estate in Bemowo and will offer a wide range of fresh, organic fruit and vegetables.
The product assortment will also include Carrefour Bio own-brand goods, as well as non-food items like certified cosmetics and eco-detergents, the retailer said.
The store will also focus on sourcing locally produced goods to support small organic producers.
Carrefour Bio stores offer organic products at affordable prices to encourage customers to adopt healthy eating habits.
