French retail giant Carrefour has announced that it will open 31 new Pedestrian Drive outlets in Paris by the end of January.
In April of last year, Carrefour opened its first Pedestrian Drive outlets in Paris and Lyon.
With the new openings, a total of 42 stores will now be offering the service.
Optimum Shopping Experience
The move is a part of the company's transformation plan, Carrefour 2022, which aims to provide an optimum shopping experience to customers.
Pedestrian Drive outlets allow customers to pick up their online orders placed a day earlier on Carrefour.fr or on the app.
They can choose from a range of more than 15,000 products, and avail of the same low-price deals that are offered to customers in hypermarkets.
