Spar Netherlands has announced that Susanne Kroon, its commercial director, is leaving the business.
Since 2012, Kroon was responsible for the commercial division of the business, including the expansion of the group across a number of different store formats.
She will continue to work at the business until 30 June, after which she intends to "take up a new challenge".
"Spar is in perfect health," she explained. "We embrace our customers more strongly than ever and work better than ever with our suppliers. We always let quality, service and customer-friendliness prevail. I am proud that I have been able to contribute to the growth of this great company for seven years."
Elsewhere, Spar Netherlands CEO John van Der Ent, said that Kroon and her team "delivered a fantastic performance" in her time at the retailer, developing the business to more than 350 locations across the Netherlands.
