Supermarket cooperative Coviran has opened two new neighbourhood stores in Portugal.
The outlets are located in the districts of Santarém and Faro. The first, in Almeirim, has 90 square metres of space, while the second, in Pera, is 80 square metres. Both stores boast in-store greengrocer, deli and bakery sections.
Coviran has three distribution platforms, located in Aveiro, Algoz and Sintra, which cover the entire Portuguese territory.
At present, the cooperative ranks third in Portugal by number of outlets (327).
