DIA Group and Casino have named Florencia Nyer Daloglio as the director of its new joint venture, CD Supply Innovation.
Nyer Daloglio joined DIA Group 21 years ago, and has held a number of positions in areas such as engineering, quality, and own-brand management at national and international level.
Most recently, she was commercial and marketing director for strategic partners.
Collaborative Partnerships
The two retailers announced the creation of CD Supply Innovation in December, which will be responsible for the management of financial services and logistics, as well as payments and procurement, primarily relating to private-label operations.
ESM reports that since the sale of its France business to Carrefour three years ago, DIA has proven itself to be quite tactical when it comes to developing partnerships that help bolster its business’ proposition.
The new company commenced trading on 15 December.
