Spanish retailer Dia Group has invested €3 million to transform former El Árbol stores into the ‘La Plaza de Dia’ concept in Zaragoza over the past six months, heraldo.es has reported.
Dia group has refurbished around 17 stores in Zaragoza. Together, the properties cover around 15,600 square metres’ worth of space.
There are currently 180 La Plaza de Dia stores in Spain, with around 3,500 employees. Dia Group operates around 5,000 retail outlets in the country.
