Russia’s Dixy Group has announced a partnership agreement with discount aggregator Edadil, which will enable the retailer to provide timely information about discounts to its customers.
The tool will also enable Dixy to get statistics on the products getting
the most interest from potential customers.
“The cooperation helps us to gather customer preference data and plan our promo activities with greater precision,” said Ekaterina Kumanina, Corporate and External Communications Director at Dixy Group.
“We have a chance to reach mobile app users and those who do not accept conventional advertising tools. Dixy offers over 100 discounted products weekly, and users see the offers and can assess their advantages compared to those of competitors.”
According to the retailer, about 50% of users that use the Edadil system to view promotions end up adding said products to their shopping list.
