Dixy Group has opened its first compact Megamart in Pervouralsk, Russia, the company said in a press release.
The company's milestone 40th compact hypermarket, the store offers a sales area of 2,030 square meters and over 15,000 food products and staple goods. The Megamart also offers over 500 types of own brand snacks, hot dishes, pastries and desserts.
With a loyalty card, customers can get a 50% grand-opening discount until the end of November. Additionally, shoppers can earn a 10% discount on all of their purchases as part of the loyalty program.
The hypermarket is located on one of the most frequently used thoroughfares in the centre of the city. It created almost 80 new jobs for city residents.
Dixy Group operates over 2,700 stores across Russia. In 2015, the company’s total revenue amounted to RUR 272 billion.
