French organic supermarket chain NaturéO has opened its 29th outlet in Angers, marking its first step outside of the Paris /north France region, into the west of the country.
Its number of supermarkets is soon to reach 31, with further opening planned for La Chapelle-sur-Erdre and Gétigné en Loire-Atlantique, AngersMag.info reports.
“Our project was born out of the fact that people who wanted to shop organically had to visit several different stores to acquire all their desired products,” said the company’s managing director, Xavier Travers.
“We, on the other hand, offer a universe of [all organic] fresh produce, meat and fish, baked goods, wine and drinks, and cosmetics.”
Indeed the slogan of the chain is ‘Tout sous le même toit’ – ‘All under one roof’. Its 2016 turnover is expected to reach €95 million.
