Convenience food company Greencore Group has announced that Peter Haden will to step down from the role of executive director on 31 December 2019.
Haden will work closely with chief executive, Patrick Coveney, until the end of December to help the group's transition into a new management structure.
His departure follows the company’s exit from the US market last year as well as changes in the management structure.
'Enormous Contribution'
Commenting on his departure, Coveney, said, "Peter has made an enormous contribution to Greencore during his five years with us.
"He brought strategic clarity, functional excellence, and a results-driven focus to the Group. He did all that while also being driven, collaborative, and great fun to work with."
After the transition, Coveney will take over the principal management responsibilities currently held by Haden.
