Dutch retailer Jumbo has announced a joint project with celebrity chef Jonathan Zandbergen, which aims to assist customers in achieving culinary greatness during the Christmas holidays.
The project will run for the month of December and involve a cookery programme on RTL Live, broadcast between 5 and 6 p.m. daily, in which the famous chef will help viewers prepare stand-out Christmas dishes.
Zandbergen is the current head chef of Restaurant Hotel Merlet in Schoorl, The Netherlands. He has previously won the prestigious 'Prix Culinaire Le Taittinger' and was recently awarded the title 'Talented Chef of the Year'.
"I'm really looking forward to Christmas," said Zandbergen."The Christmas dinner is for many the highlight of the holidays. Most people want to make a special effort in the kitchen and could use a little help. That's why I will work together with Jumbo, to inspire people. We have selected some very good ideas and products for Christmas, but I won't give away any more details. You'll see for yourself in December."
