Portuguese hypermarket chain Jumbo, part of France's Auchan Group, has launched a new collect service.
The innovative Quiqshop service allows customers to order online and collect shopping in-store, with the possibility of completing the order with additional products at the hypermarket itself.
Already available in Alfragide, the Quiqshop is free until the end of August.
Quiqshop consists of three steps: ordering online and choosing the pick-up time; collecting purchases in the store (and completing the order if necessary) and finally, move on to the tills dedicated to the service by validating the purchase with the authentication code received by SMS.
Payment can be done online or at the till.
