Jumbo Supermarkten has announced that it has opened a new home delivery hub in Breda in Southern Netherlands.
The new facility will help the retailer to scale up the delivery of online grocery orders in the West Brabant region.
Previously, online orders were processed from Jumbo stores in the region, the retailer said.
Jumbo also operates similar home delivery hubs in Amsterdam and Utrecht.
It intends to launch a new e-fulfilment centre in Bleiswijk early next year, which will also act as a hub for home delivery of online orders.
