Lidl Portugal has announced the launch of the 'Saberes com Sabores'("Knowledge with Flavours") campaign, offering a selection of traditional Portuguese products such as wines, cheeses and sausages.
The campaign aims to leverage on the relationship that the retailer has developed with Portuguese producers in order to offer its customers the highest quality and freshness at the best price.
From 1 October, Lidl Portugal stores will display products representative of the various regions of the country, such as Mirandela sausage, black pork sausage, Faial cheese and Elvas prunes in syrup.
The unique selection of regional wines will include Regional Alentejo Trincadeira red wine, Regional Alentejo Syrah red wine, Regional Alentejo RSV "Planura" 2009 red wine, Dão DOC RSV 2009 red wine, Bairrada Reserve Brut sparkling wine and Poncha from Madeira.
