Lidl Portugal has announced that it has reopened two stores in Porto and Felgueiras after a renovation project.
The renovation project is part of the retail chain’s efforts to modernise its stores in Portugal.
The refurbished stores, featuring state-of-the-art innovative decor, have also created ten new jobs.
The stores offer an optimised shopping experience, access to innovative and high-quality products, and services at the best price.
Store Highlights
With the sales area ranging between 1,300 square-metres and 1,400 square metres, the renovated stores offer spacious and modern interiors with glass facades for natural light.
The stores feature self-service bakery sections, offering a wide range of bread and pastries, a bread slicing machine, and a juice machine for fresh orange juice.
The store in Porto-Agramonte also offers an innovative, ready-to-go roast chicken service.
It also has a new dry cod cutting service, which will be available throughout the year.
Other Features
The stores are equipped with LED lighting and solar panels for energy efficiency.
Both stores have wider corridors and bigger parking for customers’ convenience.
The stores also have adequate safety measures in place to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus.
