Lidl has set its sights on becoming the best retail employer in Spain, according to granconsumo.tv.
In order to achieve this, Lidl recently signed a collective contract that offers attractive working conditions and it's launching a campaign to attract talent from rival chains.
As part of the strategy, Lidl will launch a series of TV ads to be premiered this weekend, which will feature testimonials from Lidl Spain's workers. To complement this aggressive media campaign, Lidl is also placing ads on strategic locations on the subway and train in Madrid, illustrating the attractiveness of working for the company.
Under the slogan 'Your Future is in Lidl', the company aims to attract talent and exhibit itself as a good career choice.
Mercadona currently leads Merco Talento's yearly poll on the best workplaces in the country.
