Swiss retailer Migros has been named at the top of the GfK Business Reflector list for 2017, which measures the leading Swiss companies in terms of reputation.
It’s the fourth year in a row that the Swiss group has topped the list, and the sixth time in the past decade.
The GfK Business Reflector study, which features 50 Swiss companies, was produced in association with the Forschungsinstitut für Öffentlichkeit und Gesellschaft (Public and Society Research Institute) at the University of Zurich.
It surveyed more than 3,500 people across Switzerland, questioning them on factors such as company image, quality, sustainability, uniqueness and identification.
Sustainability director at Migros, Cornelia Deithelm, lauded the results as reinforcing the fact that “corporate responsibility is an integral part of Migros’ values.”
