Gelarty, the world's first 'ice-cream studio', opened in Ukraine this month, with professional equipment created by Modern-Expo Group, the international holding that manufactures and supplies complete retail and storage solutions.
Maksym Golubev, ideologist and chef at the new ice-cream studio, said that there are no similar establishments in the world.
“Sure, you can find some special ice-cream flavours in Italy or try an ice-cream soup somewhere in France. The thing is, you won’t find these all together in one place," he said.
Bespoke Solutions
To cater for this unique niche, Modern-Expo provided Gelarty with standard solutions for a professional kitchen, along with special refrigeration counters, made exclusively for the studio's needs.
"As our studio is definitely unique in its kind, we were after something completely different when it comes to professional equipment," said Golubev. "Modern-Expo proved to be so flexible to equip the studio in the best-possible way."
Gelarty is a start-up business, but its owners plan to expand its concept further, with a new studio in Western Europe set to be unveiled next year.
"I would like Modern-Expo to go with us further in this big project," added Golubev. "This is a true win-win partnership!"
