Italian retailer Pam Panorama is to open its first Pam Local store in Orvieto, in the Umbria region.
The new outlet, located in Corso Cavour 100, offers extended opening hours of up to 9:00 pm, seven days a week, with customers also able to avail of home delivery services.
The store boasts a wide product offering, including ready-to-eat dishes, a range of single-portion packs (in order not to waste food), as well as a selection of products bearing DOP and IGP certification.
The assortment will also offer several products in line with new food trends, including free from, organic, vegan and healthy-eating references.

To guarantee daily savings, the Pam Local store will offer the ‘Prezzo Promessa’ (Promised Price) campaign to shoppers, which offers low prices on a selected range of articles, 365 days a year.
In addition, through the ‘Menu Facili e Veloci’ (Easy and Fast Menus) promotion, consumers can buy ingredients for easy and tasty recipes at low prices.
Consumers can also use Satispay or Apple Pay to make electronic payments in store.
According to Lorenzo Seccafien, sales director of Pam Franchising, Pam Local is a very innovative format, as it offers a service in line with the needs of big cities, as well as smaller ones, like Orvieto.
