Kuwait Petroleum International (Q8) has announced plans to add six new Shop & Go outlets in its petrol stations in Belgium.
The petroleum company has acquired 75 petrol stations from the Belgium-based Uhoda Group's U Car Services and VP Oil, reports gondola.be.
A partner of Delhaize in Belgium, Q8 houses 120 Shop & Go stores in its filling stations across the country.
Connecting With Consumers
The addition of more Shop & Go outlets is a part of Q8's strategy to connect with consumers and cater to their needs, the report said.
Q8 also offers an assortment of food items in its filling stations through its partnership with the Belgian sandwich company, Panos.
It also plans to add 12 more Panos outlets to its existing count of 110.
The acquisition has resulted in a 15% expansion in Q8's network, taking its total number of petrol stations to 540.
