Romanian retailer Profi has announced the relocation of its secondary headquarters, in Bucharest, to a new location.
The retailer will occupy the fifth floor of the Anchor Plaza complex in the Central-West area of the city, a building owned by Turkish firm Anchor.
Profi's main headquarters are located in Timișoara, in the west of the country.
Greater Visibility
"We relocated our secondary headquarters in Bucharest to a growing area that ensures better presence and visibility in the capital city," news portal business-review.eu quoted Profi expansion director Gaetan Pacton as saying.
The retailer worked alongside JLL Romania, the regional arm of the commercial property giant, on securing the new location.
"JLL helped us in identifying the best option on the market at this moment, which provides the best conditions for our employees”, added Pacton.
Profi operates 419 stores across Romania, and boasts a team of more than 14,000 employees.
Other tenants in the Anchor Plaza development include Adobe, Credit Europe Bank, Marks & Spencer, Securitas and Euroweb.
