Russia's Dixy Group has announced that its subsidiary Victoria Stores has issued over a million loyalty cards over the past two months. Since the launch of the renewed loyalty scheme, purchases using the 'My Victoria' loyalty card have increased by 10% and now account for 70% of the chain's turnover.
"The renewed loyalty-program launch is Victoria’s largest project this year. We are carefully studying the feedback we get and can confidently say that our customers are pleased with the changes. In Moscow and Kaliningrad, our customers watch new personal offers with interest, use our coupons and leave feedback about our recipes," said Oleg Zhunikov, director of the Victoria division of the Dixy group.
A mobile app, launched at the same time as the loyalty card, lets customers use their smartphone to view details of receipts and discounts or avail of special offers.
The Dixy Group is a leading Russian retailer of foods and groceries, operating 2,779 stores, including 2,625 Dixy convenience stores, 115 Victoria stores and 39 hypermarkets across Russia.
