Shoptalk Europe Confirms New Speakers, Including 70 CEOs

Shoptalk Europe, the new large-scale global retail and e-commerce event, has now confirmed over 130 speakers for its event in Copenhagen, from 9 to 11 October.

The speaker line-up includes large retailers and brands with more than $570 billion in combined annual sales, as well as start-ups and prolific venture investors.

The event will focus on the evolution of how consumers discover, shop and buy in an age of digital transformation, covering trends, technologies and business models disrupting retail and e-commerce.

Confirmed Speakers

Shoptalk Europe has already confirmed an amazing speaker list, of whom 75% are high-ranking C-level executives and 70 are CEOs.

The speakers hail from more than 20 countries in Europe, North and South America, and Asia, including companies such as Amazon, Eataly, Google, Harrods, Rewe and Tesco.

Innovation And Opportunity

Shoptalk Europe's founder and chairman, Anil D. Aggarwal, who previously founded the Fintech event Money20/20, said that this latest event will provide a great opportunity for retailers.

"By changing the conversation and building a new community focused on innovation, Shoptalk Europe presents a unique, large-scale opportunity for the retail and e-commerce ecosystem to learn, collaborate and drive the future of commerce in Europe."

Shoptalk Europe follows the US launch of Shoptalk, which has become one of the most important American retail and e-commerce events. It recently completed its second iteration, selling out with more than 5,500 attendees, and it is expecting that number to rise to 7,500 for its next event, in 2018.
