Spar Austria has reopened an outlet in Imst, near Innsbruck, after a short period of reconstruction to modernise the store.
A delicatessen department with meat specialities forms the supermarket’s new core. The store will also offer fresh fish, a hot food counter, freshly baked bread, various cakes and a selection of regional products.
“Our product range is huge, we have many regional specialties as well as exotic fruits and vegetables to offer,” said Barbara Lechleitner, head of marketing at Spar.
New Generation Store
The supermarket features the latest cooling technology, to create a more environmentally-sustainable store. In addition, a new glass facade has been installed, and the lightning has been switched to environmentally-friendly LEDs.
“We have built a new generation supermarket. In the coming months, we will gradually modernise further locations in Tyrol,” commented Spar Salzburg and Tirol chief Christof Rissbacher.
