Spar Belarus has announced the opening of a new Eurospar supermarket in Pinsk, in the southwest of the capital, Minsk.
In addition to modern store design and an extensive offering of fresh food, the store is equipped with the latest retail technologies.
The new EuroSpar supermarket, located in a residential area, will cater to the daily needs of around around 6,000 people.
Speaking during the launch, the regional director of Unifood CJSC, a subsidiary of Spar Belarus’ partner Almi Group, Valery Litvinov, said, “This new Eurospar Supermarket meets modern European retail standards.
“We have learnt from best practice examples of Spar stores around the world and have implemented these learnings here.”

The store also features a food court, where customers can choose from a wide selection of ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat meals, as well as participate in cooking workshops.
Its long opening hours, from 8 am to 12 am, will be an advantage for customers.
The store has created around new 112 jobs, and retailer aims to roll out two further Eurospar Supermarkets in Belarus in the near future.
